United States Shipping Information

The total estimated delivery time for orders shipped within the United States is typically 2–10 business days, including both processing and transportation.

Our daily order cut-off is 7:00 PM (New York GMT -5). Orders received before this time are processed the same business day; orders received afterward are processed the following business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are Free for all USA orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are imposed by local customs authorities.

Veloura.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

Veloura.com assumes responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping packaging
- The shipping label

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim process has been completed.

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

Please note that many orders enter processing quickly and may no longer be modified.

Unexpected Delays

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than estimated due to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Events beyond our reasonable control

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will gladly investigate.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is delivered to a pickup point, parcel locker, postal office, or other collection location, the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

Customers will normally receive notification via email, SMS, app notification, or tracking update when a package is available for collection.

If a package is not collected and is returned to the sender, it will be considered an unclaimed package.

Refunds are not issued for unclaimed packages. However, customers may request that the order be reshipped. Additional shipping fees may apply.
